Data Analyst

Mapon is searching for a Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to optimizing fleet management solutions. As a Data Analyst at Mapon, you’ll work alongside our development team and clients to analyze fleet data, generate reports, and offer insights that enhance our services and help our clients achieve operational excellence.

We're seeking candidates who possess a keen interest in data analysis and reporting, alongside a strong commitment to learning and growth. With a background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data analytics, or business intelligence, the ideal candidate is both analytical and detail-oriented. The ability to interpret data and present it in a clear and meaningful way is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets related to fleet management, identifying trends, patterns, and insights that improve operational efficiency.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to clearly present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide timely insights that support decision-making.
  • Leverage data analysis techniques to identify opportunities for optimization in fleet performance and driving behavior.
  • Assist in designing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and improvements in fleet operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in data analysis and fleet management, continuously seeking ways to enhance our data processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong skills in SQL for data querying and management.
  • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into understandable business recommendations.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems or similar data-driven industries is advantageous.
