Bio

The band was founded in 2004 in the premises of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. The key members of it were Kestutis Bruzas (the first to mention the idea and the first to take out his instrument - birbyne), Aleksandrs Cornijs (bass), Andrejs Delmans (rhythm), and Artjoms Kobahidze (solo & stuff). At first the band practiced covers of famous songs as it tends to happen in the beginning, but then recognized their "true sound" and started composing their own tracks.
During the not so long period of existence, the band has changed many singers (as well as drummers), they have tried even making some sort of a choir, but that did not turn out very successful, thus, for a period of time they were searching for vocals meantime playing instrumental stuff.
Hot Penguins seized their existence in 2006, but 2010 saw another coming of the band with a remake of one old track and a new track as an addition to that.
