Fortepijoninio trio “FortVio” nariai (Indrė Baikštytė – fortepijonas, Ingrida Rupaitė – smuikas ir Povilas Jacunskas – violončelė) kartu groja nuo 2006 metų. Lietuvos muzikos ir teatro akademijos absolventų ansamblis 2006 m. balandį ansamblis laimėjo I-ąją vietą V tarptautiniame Stasio Vainiūno pianistų ir kamerinių ansamblių konkurse (Vilnius, Lietuva). 2006 m. gegužį „FortVio“ atstovavo Lietuvai Maskvos Valstybinės konservatorijos organizuojamame tarptautiniame festivalyje „Kultūrų dialogas“ (Rusija).
2006 m. vasarą fortepijoninis trio „FortVio“ tobulinosi kursuose „16 Internationale Sommerakademie06 Prag-Wien-Budapest“ Austrijoje. Kursų metu surengtame konkurse ansamblis laimėjo premiją už išsiskiriantį „Vienos klasiko“ kūrinio atlikimą bei Specialų prizą už puikią kamerinės muzikos kūrinio interpretaciją.
2006 m. rugsėjo mėn. „FortVio“ laimėjo III-ąją vietą XIII tarptautiniame Johanneso Brahmso konkurse Poertschache (Austrija).
2006m. lapkričio mėn. 14-19d. „FortVio“ buvo pakviesti dalyvauti Portugalijoje vykusiame kamerinės muzikos festivalyje „Harmos `06“. Tų pačių metų lapkričio mėn. 19d. ansamblis dalyvavo „Didžiajame muzikų parade“. 2007m. „FortVio“ buvo pakviesti koncertuoti Lietuvos Respublikos konsulate Peterburge Vasario 16-osios proga.
2007m. ansamblis su dideliu pasisekimu debiutavo Thomo Manno festivalyje. Tų pačių metų vasarą „FortVio“ dar kartą dalyvavo kursuose „17 Internationale Sommerakademie07 Prag-Wien-Budapest“ Austrijoje, kur kursų metu rengiamame konkurse laimėjo Specialų prizą už puikią kamerinės muzikos kūrinio interpretaciją.
2008m. spalio mėn. trio buvo pakviestas atlikti koncertą lietuvių bendruomenės Islandijoje prisistatymo iškilmėse. To paties mėnesio pabaigoje „FortVio“ puikiai debiutavo Kauno filharmonijoje, kartu su Kauno miesto simfoniniu orkestru atlikdami L. van Beethoveno Trigubą koncertą smuikui, violončelei ir fortepijonui, diriguojant maestro M. Pitrėnui.
2008m. lapkričio 17-23 d. fortepijoninis trio sėkmingai sudalyvavo III tarptautiniame S. I. Taneevo kamerinių ansamblių konkurse – laimėjo 2 vietą bei dvi specialiąsias premijas - T. Gaidamovič bei Kalugos (Rusija) apskrities gubernatoriaus.
Įvairių meistriškumo kursų metu ansambliui pamokas vedė tokie žymūs profesoriai kaip A. Kouyoumdjian, S. Devich, F. Rados, P. Schuhmayer, J. Kluson, A. Bondurianskij. „FortVio“ repertuarą sudaro įvairių epochų bei šalių kompozitorių kūryba: I. Pleyel, J. Haydn, L. van Beethoven, J. Brahms, A. Dvorak, S. Rachmaninov, D. Shostakovich, S.I. Taneev, M. K. Čiurlionis, St. Vainiūnas, A. Šenderovas, P. Vasks, A. Piazzolla. Muzikantai toliau rengia rečitalių programas, aktyviai koncertuoja Lietuvoje bei užsienyje.

The members of the piano trio FortVio (i.e. Indrė Baikštytė – piano, Ingrida Rupaitė – violin, and Povilas Jacunskas – cello) have been playing together since 2006. In April 2006, the ensemble of the graduates of Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre was granted the 1st prize at the 5th International Stasys Vainiūnas Piano and Chamber Ensemble Competition (Vilnius, Lithuania). In May 2006, FortVio had an opportunity to represent Lithuania in the international festival Dialogue of Culture organised by the Moscow State Conservatoire (Russia).
In the summer 2006, the piano trio FortVio participated in the Internationale Sommerakademie Prague-Vienna-Budapest master classes (Reichenau, Austria). In the competition held during the master classes, the ensemble won the award for an outstanding performance of a “Viennese Classic” piece as well as a special prize for the best interpretation of a piece of chamber music.
In September 2006, FortVio was granted the 3rd Prize at the 13th International Johannes Brahms Competition (Poertschach, Austria).
On November 14-19, 2006, FortVio received an invitation to take part in the chamber music festival Harmos ’06 held in Portugal. On November 19 of the same year, the ensemble participated at The Great Parade of Musicians (Lith. Didysis muzikų paradas). In commemoration of the festivities of February 16, the piano trio FortVio were invited to give a concert at the Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Saint Petersburg in 2007.
Also, in 2007 the ensemble made a highly successful debut at the International Thomas Mann Festival. In the summer of the same year, FortVio once again took part in the Internationale Sommerakademie Prague-Vienna-Budapest master classes (Reichenau, Austria), where the musicians won a special prize for the best interpretation of a piece of chamber music at the competition organized during the master classes.
In October 2008, the piano trio were invited to give a concert at the festivities of the Lithuanian community in Iceland. At the end of October of the same year, FortVio, together with the Kaunas City Symphonic Orchestra, made a great debut at the Kaunas Philharmonic Society, where they performed the Triple Concerto for violin, cello, and piano by Ludwig van Beethoven (conductor Modestas Pitrėnas).
On November 17-23, 2008, the piano trio participated successfully at the 3rd S. I. Taneev International chamber ensemble competition, where they were granted the 2nd Prize as well as a Special Prize named after T. A. Gaidamovitch and the award from the governor of the Kaluga Region (Russia).
FortVio has participated in various master classes given by such distinguished professors as Avedis Kouyoumdjian, Sandor Devich, Ferenc Rados, Peter Schuhmayer, Josef Kluson, and Alexander Bonduriansky. The repertoire of the ensemble consists of the pieces composed by different authors from various epochs and countries. For example, FortVio performs pieces by such composers as Ignaz Pleyel, Joseph Haydn, Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms, Antonín Dvořák, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Dmitri Shostakovich, Sergei Ivanovich Taneev, Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis, Stasys Vainiūnas, Anatolijus Šenderovas, Pēteris Vasks, and Astor Piazzolla.
The musicians prepare various recital programmes and give concerts both in Lithuania and abroad.
