Jau beveik dešimt metų kartu grojantys “The Brainers” iš Lietuvos Mančesterio – Šiaulių visada buvo ištikimi rokenrolui, o dabar - dar labiau negu iki šiol. Per šiuos metus grupė surengė koncertus praktiškai visuose Lietuvos gyvos muzikos klubuose ir atvirame ore vykstančiuose festivaliuose. Rinkinyje “Popsas užkniso juodai” buvo išleistos dvi jų dainos "Superman" ir "Žodžiai", o šiuo metu atėjo eilė albumui “Disco Balls”, kuriame yra 11 dainų. Įdomu tai, kad instrumentų partijas vaikinai įrašė nuosavoje studijoje Šiauliuose, o galutinį jo suvedimą patikėjo Didžiosios Britanijos kompanijai “eMasters”, kuri dirba su “Simply Red”, Robertu Plantu, “Stereophonics”, “The Casuals”, - tas neabejotinai nulėmė išskirtintinį Lietuvoje, tikrai “anglišką” albumo “Disco Balls” skambesį.
In 1997 in Siauliai - the industrial city in the depth of Lithuania, where all the factories seemed to be closed and all the JSC to be ruined, besides the formidable russian-pop power, two friends embodied the dream of their generation - they formed a rock band.
At last in 1999 the final squad was formed and there begun the neverending trip: from one club to another, from open-air festival to underground scene, from National TV live shows to radio interviews.
Some of the songs were included in LT rock and alterntive music compilations, and on the late spring of 2006 Brainers released their debut album "Disco balls".
Now Brainers are rehearsaling hardly and working on brand new songs to present the new album as soon as possible.
