Silence before the storm…
Three years after the smash hit „Tuvuma Taluma” and the duet with DJ Ella “Shine like a superstar”
the guys from Germany are back in Latvia.
After more than 10 years AUDIOSMOG are not yet at the end of their musical journey.
With a new version of Katy Perrys number one hit “Last Friday Night” the band starts a new ara.
After many different ideas from the band members and input from the producer, the new single is
the first production on their own and also the first offering from their new album due in summer 2012.
The biography of the band reads like an exciting book because many times obstacles were placed in
their way and many things had to be overcome. There were overnight tours cancelled, sales sabotaged,
charts manipulated, CDs not delivered because of bankruptcy and record companies changed.
Also many appearances cancelled by tragic events.
What is really remarkable , is that trough all these happenings , through many setbacks, the band has
stayed together like no other .
AUDIOSMOG can look back with pride on a big International acclaim with high chart positions and many concerts.
In beginning of next year the four musicians will play another concert for their Latvian fans in capital city Riga.
