    i ordered it Jan 1 took till the 14th to ship received it Jan 19 .it was shipped by Amazon all the way from Ca to FL. took 20 hrs to charge the batteries! you have to remove a tab to get to the charger port then you cant put it back in place. so you have to turn it on /off by pushing the button with a round object .but with the cover not being able to be put back its not waterproof anymore! poor design ! also instructions 1/16 inch high and the picture on the small sheet does not match what you got! unit also has to be held in place till you get hard! vibrator work fine but wiith a better design i would not have to fine something to push the battery button to operate!
